Your tribute to your mother brought a tear to my eye. Twenty years ago I lost my grandmother to breast cancer. She was a wonderful person as I'm sure your mother was. Thank you for the work you put into this page. It, along with the help of others will create awarness that will one day beat this diseas.

This is a wonderful way to honor your mother.Your artwork especially touched me. I guess we take our mothers for granted until we hear of such a loss.

I think alot of times people take their parents, especially their mothers, for granted. I don't think people realize how special and important they really are. It is very sad for me to even imagine growing up without my mother, and I am deeply sorry that you had to endure such a thing. I say we all give our Moms a hug today, while we still can. Wow...you and your mom look a lot alike. She was a beautiful woman, and I am sure quite proud of her daughter. I lost my grandmother to breast cancer when I was about 14, and i remember it was a really hard time for the whole family. You are a good daughter, and even a better one for honoring your mother so.

This is a wonderful tribute to your mother and it makes me think how lucky I am to still have my mom. Breast cancer has a history in my family and I know what an impact it can have on someone's life. Everyone is right, you look a lot like her and I know she is very proud of you.

I just lost my sister to breast cancer last July. It's a terrible disease that just hides as it does it's damage. This is a lovely tribute, Steph. Your mom was pretty. There's a lot of your mom in you. Blessed be.

You look very like your mother, especially around the eyes. I lost my mother to breast Cancer when I was 15, it is a terrible way to go. I have been lonely ever since, but at least I had her for those 15 years. I hope the photo's etc bring you some comfort.

This is a wonderful tribute to your mother not alot of people can do this or think of a tribute like this! Your also doing a wonderful thing by educating people about Breast Cancer! It also runs in my family. It's such a touching subject..but it needs more talking about. Keep up the great work!

your mother was beautiful!! you favor her alot. i know you miss her cause i miss my mother and father too. cancer is an evil thing, my wife had a malignant mole (melanoma) removed a couple of years ago --- so far so good --- but you always wonder.........
